Marisa Dunlap is a real bird dog when it comes to finding properties. She has excellent communication skills, and she does a fine job of keeping in contact with clients. If you're looking for an agent (buyers or sellers) that will work with everyone to get you the best deal, stop right here. She came to me highly recommended by a friend, and she did an exemplary job for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I have found a lifetime real estate agent with her, and you will too

I recently sold my house and bought another. Kristena and Jadyn could not have been more accommodating, supportive, and thorough. We had to look at so many houses before we found THE ONE, and I never felt like an inconvenience or burden. They answered all my continuous one million questions and never made me feel like a bother. When we finally did find the perfect house, they were excited right along with me. Buying and selling a house at the same time can be so overwhelming and they eased my mind knowing they had literally every single detail covered. Using anyone other than this dream team would be a disservice. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me with such a monumental experience. Could not recommend enough, and I would give one million stars if I could!!

I don’t have the words to say what I want to about this group. They have been so wonderful working on the sale of our property first. Travis bringing clients around on a side by side to tour the 40+ acres and his amazing drone videos. Kristena is all business and a great personality too. Putting up with us not wanting to budge on our sale price. They stuck with us and got it sold for more than what we thought we would get. Then we randomly called them about a house we saw on line and they were there with us 24 hours later to look at and make an offer on our new house. We had not even thought about selling our house yet. Kristena and her team got it painted and staged and we sold our home in about a day. Everything they did was seamless. They know all of the right people and have so many contacts from mortgage brokers to septic tank inspections. I would give the Richey real estate group the highest recommendation possible. I'm in sales. I pride myself in urgency and availability. She ran circles around! lol. Kate's professionalism and communication throughout the entire buying/selling process was remarkable.
