Kate was so helpful in every way possible! She did an amazing job of advising us how to sell our home & walking us through the entire process pain free. She then helped us secure our new home (which was our FIRST offer after only a month or so of looking) in this crazy market. Kate was a dream to work with. Always available and happy to meet for a showing or just even answer simple questions related to moving. She comes highly recommended!

Kate not only helped us sell our home, but also navigated us through building a new home. We worked with her for a total of two years through this process and she was absolutely phenomenal through all of the ups and downs of the building process. She made herself readily available to us and went above and beyond the real estate agent role. We really felt like she was there for us and had our best interest. Our home was under contract to be sold the same day we listed it! She was helpful guiding us through the multiple offers. When we were told we needed to install a radon mitigation system and needed somebody to repair a few things in the home she was able to recommend wonderful people that charged us fairly.
