Courtney was absolutely great. I was so nervous going into buying our first home, and in the first meeting she took that all away. Courtney made me feel like I had known her and been friends for many years! Buying a house in a hot market like we did wouldn’t be fun for anyone. She made it enjoyable scrambling about and trying to see if a home was right for us knowing we had to put an offer in immediately if it was. She took all our crazy wants and needs with an unrealistic budget and made it work. Courtney is very knowledgeable and had no issues answering any questions we had (which there was a lot).. If it weren’t for Courtney I would have given up looking for a house in this market, and we wouldn’t have found the house of our dreams and for a great deal at that! I will recommend Courtney to anyone in the KC Metro looking to buy or sell.

First let me say that we were so pleased to have worked with Marianne. She was absolutely amazing! We have heard that the home buying process is a lot of work but I think she did a wonderful job especially during this time with prices rising and having to bid on homes etc. Feels like we have gained a new friend instead of a realtor. Christina is outstanding and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond all to answer all our questions as first time home buyers. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. When the lender backed out 5 days before closing and the seller tried to keep our earnest deposit, Christina did not let up until they returned it. That speaks volumes about her character and work ethic she continued to fight for us, even though the deal fell apart and she wasn’t getting paid. Christina is the only realtor I will work with.

I didn’t realize how much of a blessing Marianne would be in my life. I met her at the craziest time. I was pregnant with twins, switching jobs, and a first time home buyer looking for a bigger space for our little family. Marianne immediately took me under her wing and put her heart and soul into my home buying process. She is knowledgeable and more than willing to provide guidance. She genuinely cared for me and my family through this. We wouldn’t be where we are would we have landed in someone else’s hands!

Travis went above and beyond our expectations when we were going through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. He was always available to help, answered all of our questions promptly, and drove us ALL OVER the metro in search of our new home. I highly recommend this team!
