We have bought 2 homes and sold 1 with Kristena Richey and I’d recommend her again and again. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, creative, passionate, dedicated to her clients, and she doesn’t pressure you but instead gives you information and let’s you make the decisions yourself. I just can’t say enough great things about her. If you’re looking to be in good hands and make the home buying/selling process easy - she’s your girl.

Kate not only helped us sell our home, but also navigated us through building a new home. We worked with her for a total of two years through this process and she was absolutely phenomenal through all of the ups and downs of the building process. She made herself readily available to us and went above and beyond the real estate agent role. We really felt like she was there for us and had our best interest. Our home was under contract to be sold the same day we listed it! She was helpful guiding us through the multiple offers. When we were told we needed to install a radon mitigation system and needed somebody to repair a few things in the home she was able to recommend wonderful people that charged us fairly. Kate is absolutely wonderful and I can not recommend her enough!

Courtney was absolutely great. I was so nervous going into buying our first home, and in the first meeting she took that all away. Courtney made me feel like I had known her and been friends for many years! Buying a house in a hot market like we did wouldn’t be fun for anyone. She made it enjoyable scrambling about and trying to see if a home was right for us knowing we had to put an offer in immediately if it was. She took all our crazy wants and needs with an unrealistic budget and made it work. Courtney is very knowledgeable and had no issues answering any questions we had (which there was a lot).. If it weren’t for Courtney I would have given up looking for a house in this market, and we wouldn’t have found the house of our dreams and for a great deal at that! I will recommend Courtney to anyone in the KC Metro looking to buy or sell.

Travis went above and beyond our expectations when we were going through the process of selling our home and buying a new one. He was always available to help, answered all of our questions promptly, and drove us ALL OVER the metro in search of our new home. I highly recommend this team! He is a wealth of knowledge in this area and it’s safe to say he’s doing what the Lord has called and created him to do. We are forever thankful for his help, and if we had to do it all over again I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Kristena was so patient with us throughout our buying and selling process! We are very particular and she never gave up on us. She was very informative and always there to calm our fears and worries being first time home sellers and buyers together. She was right on the money with pricing and negotiations. She is without-a-doubt the best realtor around! When were in the market again (20+ years from now) she’s our gal!

Kristena has been my realtor for 3 different purchases/sales. She is always knowledgeable and willing to share advice when asked, but also good at knowing when to let you come to your own decision. She is always prompt and responsive. She makes you feel like you are her only client, when she really must have dozens others. She makes her schedule work around you and is quick to place offers and communicate with other agents to get you the best deals. She has a large number of contacts for repairs and housing needs so throughout the process she can make sure you are taken care of.

Our experience working with Kristena to sell our first home was extremely positive. Kate was so helpful in every way possible! She did an amazing job of advising us how to sell our home & walking us through the entire process pain free. She then helped us secure our new home (which was our FIRST offer after only a month or so of looking) in this crazy market. Kate was a dream to work with. Always available and happy to meet for a showing or just even answer simple questions related to moving. She comes highly recommended!

Christina is outstanding and a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond all to answer all our questions as first time home buyers. She kept us informed throughout the entire process. When the lender backed out 5 days before closing and the seller tried to keep our earnest deposit, Christina did not let up until they returned it. That speaks volumes about her character and work ethic she continued to fight for us, even though the deal fell apart and she wasn’t getting paid. Christina is the only realtor I will work with.
